Victory Outreach International (VOI) hosted its 2025 Believe World Conference as a celebratory event held in Anaheim, California. The multi-day experience gathered over 20,000 attendees that included a network of 700 churches and ministries from six continents. This gathering of the entire international ministry happens every other year as part of Brite Ideas’ regular Anaheim Convention Center event roster.

Anaheim Convention Center Event Brings The World Together

Every two years, Victory Outreach International (VOI) hosts a “global gathering of believers from every continent” for a “life-changing event that unites pastors, leaders, and families for dynamic worship, anointed preaching, and fresh direction from God.”
VOI is an “international church oriented Christian ministry” that helps “the hurting people of the world with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ.” The ministry plants churches, rehabilitation homes, and training centers globally in underserved inner cities.

Called its “global family gathering,” the Believe World Conference describes itself as both a “movement of revival” and a “transformational gathering” rather than an ordinary conference. The event also provides special programming for ages four months to 10 years old, Junior High students, and High School students through young adults.

An Anaheim Convention Center event of this scale utilized both Hall A and the main Arena. Hosting national and international guests of every age, the event additionally incorporated main stages for both adult and teen worship.

The Southern California Audio Visual Team That Answers the Call
As a Southern California event production company, we love being on top of the list when VOI calls for audio visual support of their biennial event. Brite Ideas served the exhilarated audience by providing audio visual production services for all components of the event.

We entered this year building off of the previous one while still providing a unique design. Every time we do event design planning with the VOI team we are presented with new opportunities to think creatively about making that year’s iteration stand out.

The VOI leadership staff members we partner with are a very creative team of people. They come up with original and varied ideas for each event that we are then able to bring to life. Our role and the scope of work we provide is roughly the same from year to year while its execution changes depending upon that year’s innovative style.

How The Brite Ideas Team Shows Up & Moves Out

Managing such a sizable Anaheim Convention Center event always brings its own unique challenges. Working within a tight schedule and a locked budget, the entire show went through a few redesigns to stay within those limitations.
One of the greatest challenges was executing the design with such a modest crew due to budget constraints. We were down to a miniscule team by the time we had to strike the show making the exit process more difficult.

Brite Ideas Project Manager, Casey Kimble, spoke to how the smaller team had to put in extra muscle in order to load the final semis on the last day. Our team came through with very limited resources and pulled the event together from start to close.
Over the course of the event we worked alongside various other vendors including Encore who provided all of the rigging. Their team was a dream to work with! They had to adjust many rigged elements to execute the client’s vision, and they jumped in while never complaining and got it done!

The Look & Feel of Building a Live Event For The Thousands

Not your average conference feel, the gathering brought together families and children of all ages from various walks of life. Designs were created to draw in and keep the attention of every single person in attendance.

The design of the Arena stage with ribbons of LED and hanging lights that shined through between the screens was a really unique and impactful image for the stage.

We also provided some very vintage-looking fixtures for the main stage. The Portman P1 Retro Lamp brought a great industrial feel to the look of the stage. The inclusion of a stage lift as part of the main stage also brought a dynamic and energizing extra element of excitement to the presentation. The lift was provided by the Anaheim Convention Center event team.

There were other ideas from the design process that also did not end up being executed. These ideas included a Kabuki drop main stage reveal and a hologram of the recently deceased VOI founder, Sonny Arguinzoni. Nothing is off the table when it comes to the ideation process!
